‘Win a Free Bottom Job” Contest (As advertised in All at Sea magazine)

OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility: Entrants must be 21 years or older to be eligible. Employees of New Nautical Coatings (Sea Hawk Paints) employees, directors, advertising agency and their respective families are not eligible. Submitting an entry indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of the official contest rules.

Prize Description:The Grand Prize includes up to a $2,500 value in bottom job costs related to haul out, labor to paint and Sea Hawk antifouling paint. A bottom haul out and paint with Islands 44 or Islands 77. Does not include shipping, dealer preparation, registration or local, state or federal taxes. Winner is responsible for such related incidental costs. Prize is transferable and may be given as a gift at the discretion of the winner. No cash substitutions. Winner of the Grand Prize must contact Sea Hawk Paints so that arrangements can be made with a Sea Hawk Certified Applicator: Contact Sea Hawk at 727-523-8053 or send an email to Contest@Seahawkpaints.com

Additional Terms: Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sea Hawk Paints to use winner’s name, likeness, statements and submitted entries for publicity purposes without compensation. Sea Hawk Paints reserves the right to terminate or extend this contest at any time. Entry submissions become the property of Sea Hawk Paints and will not be returned. Names of entrants will be shared with All at Sea magazine.

The contest closes at midnight, March 31, 2012. Winners will be selected in a contest based on content, creativity, originality, quality and inspirational value. So take a few minutes and tell us your story about Sea Hawk Paints. To participate, send us a statement and photo or video that captures your experience about Sea Hawk Paints and why you love it. Photos should be of high quality (300 dpi or higher, 1800×1200 pixels or larger).

Entries will be judged based on content, creativity, originality, quality and inspirational value. Entries must be received by the last day of each month. Sea Hawk will choose the monthly winners and the Grand Prize will be awarded In December 2012. Entries will be judged at the sole discretion of Sea Hawk Paints. The prize will be awarded and the decision of the judges is final. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email. The winner must acknowledge notification within two weeks to claim the prize. An unclaimed prize will be awarded to the next runner-up. All incidental costs, including but not limited to those listed above are the responsibility of the winner. An announcement of the winners will be published on the Internet at www.seahawkpaints.com/winner or may be obtained in writing at the above address.

Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in some states, provinces or Australia and where prohibited and/or restricted by law. Entrants agree that all parties participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this contest (Collectively Releases), shall not be liable for injuries, damages, expenses, costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance or use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof.
